Ceribell owns the inpatient seizure-detection cell. It does not own, and structurally cannot extend into, the outpatient inter-visit seizure-burden monitoring + patient-facing data ownership cell. That cell:

  1. Maps directly to pain points #2 (13-year journeys), #5 (self-advocacy punished), and #6 (no “between visits” data) — three of the eight dominant patient-experience pain points from the Reddit corpus.
  2. Has no FDA-cleared incumbent (Apple Watch seizure detection is motion/ECG, not EEG; subcutaneous EEG is research-grade; ear-EEG is research-grade).
